Simply start by choosing your Overland camper, preferred travel dates, any options or extras, and send a booking enquiry for a quote.
After we receive your reservation enquiry we will provide you with a full quotation with options by email within 3 business days. At this moment the reservation is provisional.

After you’ve received and accepted our quotation, we’ll send payment details by email to finalise your booking.
Check the total amount and pay by Japanese local bank transfer (PayPay) or international credit card (Visa or Mastercard) within the deadline given — usually within one week. The moment payment clears, your reservation is officially confirmed.
- › If payment isn’t made by the deadline, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
- › After confirmation, any changes follow our Cancellation / Refund Policy.
- › Booking implies acceptance of our Rental Terms & Conditions.

Meet up at the agreed time and location. All drivers must be present with their original licenses.
We’ll explain how the camper works and walk you through the rental contract — about 30 to 40 minutes. As part of your insurance coverage, a refundable vehicle security deposit is taken via Visa or Mastercard at departure.
After the walkthrough, you’re away. If you’d like recommendations or any last-minute help, just ask — we’re committed to making your trip as smooth as possible.

- › Over 30 minutes late without calling? The reservation is cancelled and the cancellation fee applies (delayed flights excepted).

Return at the agreed time and location you were assigned before departure.
- › Refuel within 3 km of base and bring the receipt with you.
- › Stick to the agreed return time. Traffic delaying you? Call us.
- › We’ll do a quick walkaround at return to check for damage or missing items.
- › Damage, breakdown, or lost an item during the rental? Let us know as soon as possible.
- › Any extra cleaning or extension fees are settled at the time of return.
