We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>THE ROLE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in <\/span><b>Yutenji &#8211; Tokyo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Reporting directly to the Branch\u2019s Operations Manager, as a Support &amp; Cleaning Staff Member, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of Overland Campervans in top condition.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verify and prepare and equip vehicles before each booking;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle\u2019s condition;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moving and parking vehicles or picking clients from the airport;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valid Driver&#8217;s license \/ International Drivers Permit and ability to drive a large car;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Availability to evening and morning work shifts, with rotating days off;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previous experience preparing cars for a car dealer or rent-a-car (plus);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eye for cleanliness and inspection;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communication, and interpersonal skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Immediate availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>THE OVERLAND COMMITMENT!<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being part of a young, fast-growing and innovative company where you make a difference;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Career development opportunities in Field Operations\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free Road Trips, so you can experience Overlanding firsthand around Japan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABOUT US Overland Japan, a boutique next generation camping car rental provider, is on a mission of enabling nature immersion experiences to explore unseen Japan.
